Job Responsibilities

Working in care and support is an inspiring and flexible job. In all professional roles within care and support, you will work with people and contribute to providing them with support and help, thereby also ensuring their safety and increasing their quality of life. You will work both independently and in groups with varying tasks. You will do everything from helping someone stay fresh and take their medication to teaching someone how to shop with a tablet or making spontaneous day trips wherever the nose points. You will meet people from different backgrounds and experiences, which means that no day is the same.

The work involves both solitary work and teamwork. Working hours according to a schedule with days, evenings, weekends, and for some positions, nights.

Qualifications

We prefer that you have education as a nursing assistant, caregiver, pedagogical education, or other suitable education for the profession. We also prefer that you have experience in similar work.

To thrive and do a good job, you must have a genuine interest in people and a willingness to help. You need to be good at collaborating with others and have a strong sense of responsibility, patience, and commitment. For all our jobs, great importance is placed on personal suitability.

You need to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

In some of our operations, it is required that you are 18 years old, and for some tasks within certain operations, a B driver's license is required.

About Vilhelmina

Vilhelmina can be described as a 5-minute community. It may be a bit far from larger cities, but once you are there, everything is within reach. In five minutes, you can pick up the kids from preschool, go to work, hit the gym after work, or take your skis/running shoes in the illuminated trails, and eat at one of the local cafes and restaurants.
